Grace, my Jesus
The pain of knowing I've seen so oft
ye sickening truth
searing words came and I've heard
ye voices of doom
The pain of knowing I've seen so oft
ye blistering heat of waves
bearing marks the unyielding self
ye Goddess of earthly nature
The pain of knowing I've seen so oft
ye shoulders my arms
collapsing tower shackled the soul
but Your grace brought freedom
-Thank You, Jesus-
This poem was inspired by the song "With All I am". I hope those who read this poem will find strength in times of dire need, and that His grace will make you believe in Him, trust in Him, persevere in Him. He's worth all that you live and sing for, because He's the reason.
